Leadership Transition Support

Leadership Transition Support

Stabilization advisory for new unit heads who inherit underperformance—baseline assessment, stakeholder map, and a defensible first-quarter plan.

8–10 weeks Hybrid Taiwan + remote

Built for incoming leaders

A new GM or regional director often arrives mid-year with headquarters expecting immediate improvement. Without a credible baseline, early decisions look reactive—or worse, punitive to the teams still carrying institutional knowledge.

What we provide

  • Independent performance baseline that headquarters and the new leader can reference
  • Stakeholder map: who holds budget, who influences renewals, who will resist change
  • First 90-day plan with explicit “hold” items versus “change now” items
  • Coaching sessions for board or parent-company presentations

Tone and confidentiality

We work for the unit leadership. Findings are shared with headquarters only when you choose to include them in a joint readout. Sensitive personnel matters stay in working sessions, not written reports.

Typical timeline

Two weeks of listening and data gathering, four weeks of plan development with the new leader, two weeks of rehearsal and communication support before the first parent-company review.
