Delivery

We work in your facility at least two days per week during active restructuring phases. Deliverables are working documents—capacity models, RACI updates, and communication drafts for affected teams—not polished reports alone.

Boundaries

We do not replace your operations leadership. We provide structure, independent verification, and escalation support when trade-offs between cost and customer risk need a neutral voice.
