1. Acceptance

By accessing nextgridhub.click (the “Site”) operated by Nextgrid Hub Advisory Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Site.

2. Services described on the Site

The Site describes turnaround planning and business advisory services for underperforming units. Information on consultations, rates, and engagement models is for general guidance. A binding advisory relationship requires a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes related to learning about our services and submitting inquiries. You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Use automated tools to scrape content at rates that impair Site performance
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in inquiries
  • Upload malicious code through forms or other inputs

Our aggregate liability for claims related to Site use shall not exceed TWD 10,000 except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kaohsiung, Taiwan, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
